Paneer Masala Recipe:
*Samagri:*
- 250 gm paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 cup water
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
*Vidhi:*
1. Ek pan mein butter aur oil garam karein.
2. Cumin seeds daalein aur bhunne dein.
3. Onions daalein aur golden brown hone tak bhunne dein.
4. Tomatoes aur green chilies daalein aur soft hone tak pakayein.
5. Ginger paste aur garlic paste daalein aur 1 minute tak bhunne dein.
6. Coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, aur salt daalein aur 1 minute tak bhunne dein.
7. Tomato puree daalein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein.
8. Paneer cubes daalein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein.
9. Water daalein aur 5-7 minute tak pakayein, ya paneer soft ho jaye.
10. Garnish karne ke liye fresh cilantro ka upyog karein.
11. Serve karein naan, roti, ya rice ke saath.
*Tips:*
- Paneer ko soft aur creamy banane ke liye, use dhyan se pakayein.
- Tomato puree ko use karne se pehle, use thoda sa pakayein taaki uska flavor nikle.
- Garam masala powder ko use karne se pehle, use thoda sa roast karein taaki uska flavor nikle.
*Variations:*
- Paneer Masala ko thoda sa spicy banane ke liye, use red chili powder ya green chilies ka upyog karein.
- Paneer Masala ko thoda sa creamy banane ke liye, use heavy cream ya butter ka upyog karein.
